Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty or damaged, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If this occurs please flick us an email at contact@greenfingers.nz and upon return of the faulty product we will either replace it or provide you with a full refund.
